Science in Traditional Stories



Here are a few glimpses of what we have done so far.

Our Chief Guests Mr Nainwal, Mr Goel and Our Principal Ma’am Ms Anita Sharma.

Students enacting the story The Clever Rabbit and the Lion with the underlying principle as Reflection of light and sound.

Mr Goel addressing the students about the significance of science in our daily life and narrating them a story behind the invention of steam engine. He also encouraged the students to find out the simple facts behind our common observations.

 
Chief Guest Mr Nainwal narrating the story about how a child grew a pumpkin seed inside a pitcher and then it became the mystery for the villagers how did the pumpkin enter the pitcher through the narrow mouth of the earthen pot. He also talked about  Dr. J.C.Bose’s experiment about how the growth of plants get affected by positive/ negative feelings and attitudes. 
Our honourable Principal Ma’am Ms. Anita Sharma addressing the students and quoting an incident aired on one of the popular TV serials CID. Her encouraging words inspired the students to question the common day to day observations.
